We are looking for a Training Coordinator who will help our client ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects within the planning transition team.
We are looking for a Training Coordinator who will help us ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects within the planning transition team. Your duties will include managing٫ coordinating and conducting large or small scale training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Trainings :
- Own and Manage training programmes regular scheduling
- Handle training materials storing with central team
- Adjust playbooks and process training modules which required for the organisation
- Communicate, adjust and follow up on the defined of learning maps & qualification path for the new organisation.
- Ensure execution of Training Plan for end users including working with local users to address gaps
Communication:
- Communications to Assoiciates related to UTW implementation.
- Handling the communications between project team and Central team .
- Adjust and communicate project teams needed trainings
- Follow on the adherence of the change management plan.
- Execute the project communication plan
- Execute announcements, communications & engagement materials partnering as needed with P&O, communications, and the relevant departments
The Unite to Win (U2W) project is a critical enabler for the Pet Planning vision of Segment-led, standardised and integrated planning with centrally led capabilities & governance. This will be in service of the broader Supply vision of Seamless End-to-End Collaboration, enabling increased Customer Centricity and service delivery through a shift to a segment-led approach.
The Planning function will be key business partners and leaders to enable Pet segment growth in the cluster and the region. The Planning function will be represented by a critical business leader as a member of the cluster/DBU Lead-team, while having the regional teams provide functional support and aggregated governance.
- Assignment for 3 months with a possibility of extension
- Monthly salary between €3800 and €4800 montly based on 40 hours per week
- Travel allowance
- 25 vacation days (per year based on 40 hours) and 8,33% holiday allowance
- Pension Accrual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently as to ensure that training programs run smoothly and on time
- being able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments and team members
