Team Manager Software Engineering at High-Tech Organization

The software engineering department within the organization focuses on the development of safety systems for real-time applications. As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of 25-35 software engineers working with agile methodologies. You will ensure that the team meets project objectives by maintaining quality and encouraging innovation.
