You will contribute to the integrated marketing communications end-to-end journey for the Philips Avent brand within our Personal Health business.

Philips Avent is in the Mother & Child Care category, making baby bottles, breast pumps, soothers, smart baby monitors and more. Our recently launched new brand positioning for Philips Avent, Share the Care, calls on the village around mom and baby to step in and help out because moms need to take the time to look after themselves, too - for the benefit of the whole family.

Every new product launch and all our communication moving forward focuses on bringing this to life and helping mothers Share the Care.

Some of the areas where this will come up in this role and key areas of focus are the Marketing roadmap, Brand positioning, Global master content assets and campaigns, content strategy and optimizations.

You will work towards accelerating creative effectiveness & marketing communication excellence across the brand / category.

  • €6500 - €7250 monthly salary

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Working within the business to develop and contribute to 360 integrated marketing communication strategy and plans, in line with the Marketing/Communication Roadmap (18/24 months) and brand positioning, to unlock the end-to-end consumer experience with breakthrough impact and consistency (KPIs: Brand Strength and MOR; Green score on creative pre-tests)
  • Bring the integrated campaigns to life; briefing, planning, message development, master asset/content development as part of the integrated marketing toolbox against consumer, professional, shopper needs, fit for platform and according to market and transcreation requirements (paid, owned, earned asset matrix) to be activated locally.
  • Be responsible for project delivery of deliverables against the 18/24-month comms category roadmap (KPI: OTIF).
  • Delivers upon relevant, forward thinking, and cultural consumer and professional centric marketing communication initiatives / campaign platforms.
  • Responsible for optimizations and monitors standards for effectiveness of the Marcom plans and integrated campaigns to raise the norms collaborating with media/ops, flagship, CRM, Security CoE, production and Regional teams Delivers omni-, CRM, app, and website consumer content to elevate consumer experience and drive sales.
  • Delivers shopper communications that fit the SCoE standards and market channel context
  • Drives consistent and distinctive Brand Personality and Tone of Voice at category comms level
  • Supports agency relationships / mgmt. and project SoWs in partnership with Marcomm lead and procurement.
  • Act as an advisor to the business and marcomms teams, providing ongoing support to elevate marketing and comms strategy and challenge traditional thinking around the brand category, consumer, and creative context.
