For our client IMCD, YER is seeking to connect with a Consolidation & Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the consolidation and preparation of financial management reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of external reports. You will report to the Manager Group Reporting.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Consolidating and preparing financial management reports
- Contributing to the preparation of external reports (quarterly, half-year, and annual reports)
- Analyzing and optimizing financial reports from group entities
- Maintaining the Group’s Financial Accounting Manual
- Optimizing the monthly closing cycle
- Improving and maintaining the group’s financial consolidation and reporting tool (OneStream)
- Supporting projects related to business improvement and compliance
- Providing general support to the Corporate Controlling team

- At least a completed higher professional education (HBO+) in economics or finance
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role or audit function
- Experience in accounting, control, reporting, and information management
- Experience with OneStream is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS
- Hands-on and proactive team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Holder of a Dutch or EU work permit.
