Our client has ambitious goals, and they aim to further expand in the international market. They are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager who can take their organization to the next level.
As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for their customers and responsible for the successful execution of their projects.
What you will do
- Translating customer contracts into internal assignments
- Creating project plans, including project scheduling and cost estimates
- Managing the project team, which consists of engineering, work preparation, procurement, quality, assembly, and field service engineers
- Organizing and chairing project kick-off and evaluation meetings, following up on actions arising from the evaluation
- Organizing and conducting internal and external meetings to discuss project progress and arranging customer inspections
- Identifying and handling change orders and variations in the project scope
- Ensuring the quality, delivery time, and cost of purchased (and non-company) components.

- Completed technical HBO education (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of relevant work experience as a project manager in the process industry
- Good communication skills
- Affinity for working in an international organization (regular travel is part of the job)
- Strong project management skills
- Residency in the Netherlands
- Excellent communication skills English, written and spoken
- Personal characteristics including being proactive, decisive, analytical, results-oriented, assertive, and having a keen understanding of various interests and stakeholder management.
