As the Manager Projects, you will oversee a talented team of project managers, planners, and administrators, ensuring that projects are executed with a relentless focus on margin improvement, quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will drive team performance, develop capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture that consistently meets business and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the project management and planning team, ensuring the required skills and capacity are in place to meet forecasted business demands.
  • Ensuring that all projects are managed effectively, with a strong emphasis on identifying and mitigating risks, managing resources, and adhering to timelines.
  • Ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for process and team improvements to drive customer satisfaction
  • Driving process improvements that enhance project execution and streamline operations.
  • Ensure 100% on-time delivery of projects through daily management processes and clear allocation of responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing people, with strong project management expertise, especially in large capital goods contracts (>€10 million).
  • Full proficiency in English to operate in a global business environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with a knack for developing and motivating teams
  • Change management expertise, guiding teams through organizational shifts
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry or renewable energy sectors and experience in
  • Engineer-to-Order project execution are a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP) is desirable.
