Job description:
As a (Senior) Production Technician, you are responsible for the assembly and commissioning of cranes and other equipment, with a strong focus on hydraulic systems. You play a crucial role in the process after Engineering has completed the design and the parts have been ordered by the procurement department. In the workshop, you are the key person for assembling, testing, and adjusting cranes and equipment. Your goal is to deliver these on time and to the satisfaction of the client. In addition to your duties as a Foreman, you use your technical expertise as a Hydraulic/Mechanical Technician and support colleagues in the assembly and maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic components.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assembling the equipment.
- Adjusting and testing the equipment.
- Identifying and efficiently solving problems.
- Providing advice, both solicited and unsolicited.
- Flexibly switching between commissioning and assembly, depending on project needs.

- A completed vocational education (MBO) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hydraulics, machinery, or offshore.
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Experience with offshore safety standards is a plus.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings.
- Flexible in switching between different tasks.
- Eager to learn and willing to further develop yourself.
- A team player with a professional and positive attitude.
