Are you a creative and strategic Marketing & Communication expert with a passion for innovation? Orffa is seeking an innovative Marketing & Communication Manager to shape the corporate communication strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute Orffa’s Corporate Communication Strategy in line with their mission and vision
  • Lead the analysis of target groups and audiences to tailor effective communication strategies across multiple channels.
  • Manage and allocate the total communication budget to ensure optimal ROI across projects.
  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategic communication plans to support business growth and align with sales and marketing goals
  • Work closely with sales teams, local Managing Directors, and Global Solution Manager to ensure a unified message across all touchpoints
  • Utilize data analytics to measure success rates and refine communication strategies, using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee contract negotiations related to communication and marketing initiatives
  • Lead strategic projects, including M&A communications and the development of new propositions
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the CRM communication strategy, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing objectives
  • Foster creativity by turning existing needs into innovative communication concepts that engage our global customer base
  • Ensure efficient use of communication channels and budgets, always exploring new ways to amplify Orffa’s market presence
  • Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, promoting collaboration and innovation
  • Report to the Marketing & Innovation Manager.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a B2B environment, with a strong preference for candidates from the food, feed, or pharma industries
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop innovative communication approaches
  • Expertise in corporate communication planning, data-driven marketing, and audience analysis
  • Strong experience in managing communication channels, budgets, and implementing CRM strategies
  • Ability to convert complex business needs into creative communication solutions that resonate globally
  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English
  • Leaderschip experience is a plus
  • Experience in contract negotiations and leading strategic marketing projects is a plus
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, able to align cross-functional teams and build consensus across global markets.
