Product Safety Documentalist
- Assist in migrating Product Safety & Environment (PS&E) technical documentation for existing projects from the existing product lifecycle management system PLM system (LIMO) to a new PLM system (TC-UA):
- Setting up a structure in the new PLM database according to a well-defined Product and Material Safety Quality Document system
- Support R&D: Search for documents from the existing PLM system and store them correctly in the new PLM database.
- Helping to set up PS&E technical documentation structures for new R&D product development projects in the new PLM database and helping R&D engineers with data filling
- Setting up a structure in the new PLM database according to a well-defined Product and Material Safety Quality Document system
- Retrieve documents that you get from responsible R&D colleagues or from other safety databases (e.g. component support) and store them in TC-UA database.
Our client has a Product Safety & Environmental Department consisting of 11 professionals. You will be working closely with our experienced Safety Documentalists / Witnesses who will provide daily guidance and they will monitor the overall quality of work. You will cooperate with R&D project colleagues.
Employment conditions based on experience.
- has a secondary vocational education in an electro-technical direction or the like
- is good in least English (speaking and writing), preferably also Dutch (speaking)
- is precise, meticulous and structured
- can easily work with MS office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- has affinity with databases and preferably has work experience with PLM systems
