About this vacancy

We are looking for a R&D Project Manager who is going to plan, lead and deliver multidisciplinary projects for new product development and product improvements related to compressors and compression systems;

The R&D Project Manager;

  • Establishes the project plan based on project requirements, risk analysis and business case
  • Contributes to write the business case for New Product Development projects
  • Leads projects to completion while ensuring control and forecasting of expenses, resources, quality of the deliverables and project schedule
  • Ensures that projects are executed in compliance with the company NPD processes
  • Identifies issues and propose mitigating actions
  • Takes decisions on the project within one’s limit of authority
  • Keeps the stakeholders informed (internal or external)
  • Proposes improvements in project execution

Essential skills & experience:

  • Mechanical Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent level
  • Fluent English
  • Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of design processes and tools
  • Good communication skills – ability to influence and convince
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently in small teams

Desirable skills & experience:

  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Knowledge in rotating equipment
  • Continuous improvement, process orientation
  • Various project Management frameworks
