We are looking for a R&D Project Manager who is going to plan, lead and deliver multidisciplinary projects for new product development and product improvements related to compressors and compression systems;
The R&D Project Manager;
- Establishes the project plan based on project requirements, risk analysis and business case
- Contributes to write the business case for New Product Development projects
- Leads projects to completion while ensuring control and forecasting of expenses, resources, quality of the deliverables and project schedule
- Ensures that projects are executed in compliance with the company NPD processes
- Identifies issues and propose mitigating actions
- Takes decisions on the project within one’s limit of authority
- Keeps the stakeholders informed (internal or external)
- Proposes improvements in project execution

Essential skills & experience:
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent level
- Fluent English
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of design processes and tools
- Good communication skills – ability to influence and convince
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently in small teams
Desirable skills & experience:
- Experience with an ERP system
- Knowledge in rotating equipment
- Continuous improvement, process orientation
- Various project Management frameworks
