As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for the development and architecture of electrical solutions and components for the products that this company makes. You will work closely with various disciplines, including mechanical, mechatronics, software/firmware, and project management, to develop detailed requirements, design concepts, assess alternatives, create the electrical design, support prototype development, and participate in testing and improvement processes. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing the electrical design, while your contributions will help grow the electrical/electronics competence within this company. By sharing your knowledge, you will further strengthen the team's capabilities.
As an Electrical Engineer, your duties will further include the following:
- Define the detailed electronics system requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and certifications.
- Design electrical components based on specified requirements.
- Create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Simulate and evaluate electrical designs.
- Select electrical components and support the procurement process.
- Develop assembly, installation, and testing procedures for electronic systems.
- Support the creation and testing of electrical prototypes.
- Diagnose issues and implement design modifications as needed.
- Contribute to the realization and testing of electrical subsystems.
- Review electrical designs from others, offering guidance on improvements and optimizations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work on enhancing electronic designs.
- Serve as the go-to person for colleagues with questions about electrical designs and components.

As an Electrical Engineer, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- A BSc and/or MSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design and integration within a high-tech systems environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronics systems, with foundational knowledge in physics, mechanics, and software.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in complex environments.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Programming skills in Matlab or Python are an advantage.
