As a Sales Product Specialist (Service) at at our client's organization, you will play a key role in promoting, selling, and coordinating service activities for our valued customers.
The goals of our client are ambitious, which is why we would like to develop further in the international market. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic Product Specialist Service. In this position, your responsibilities include:
- Worldwide sales of components, overhauls and upgrades, as well as Field-Service activities to customers.
- Making cost prices, sales price and margin calculations.
- Preparing and following up customer quotations.
- Achieving the annual targets/budget set by the Service Department.
- Providing technical support to the field engineers (by phone).
- Performing on-site inspections (worldwide) to assess the technical condition of machines.
- Travel primarily within Europe and North America, approximately 3 days a month.
- Preparation of reports (English).
- Requesting offers and negotiating with external partners.
- Maintain forecast and other dashboards.
- Supporting/advising the back office in offering Spare Parts.

We seek a proactive problem-solver with strong listening skills. You don’t need to be an expert on their machines; they’ll provide comprehensive training during your first two years. We’re not looking for a typical salesperson, but someone who excels in managing and nurturing their network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (mbo/hbo) in Technical direction.
- Work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge towards working on side.
- Administrative skills and a good command of Windows software and applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word and ASAP.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Commercially driven, independent, structured, and detail-oriented.
