Project Manager - Innolux Europe B.V.

• Manage all aspects of realizing technically the products: technical architecture, technical design and realization, component selection, customer testing & qualification and industrial product and process engineering.
• Manage accepted customer projects from Contract Review milestone to passed Ramp Review milestone following the program in the Product Development Procedure, Project Management principles and Operational Manual.
• Escalate issues that could have major commercial / technical impact on CarUX through the appropriate management channels in good time.
• Initiate, build and maintain a comprehensive relationship with and understanding of the customer at both technical and procedural levels in order that current and future products can be co-designed.
• Present a credible and acceptable (part of the service / sales offering) interface to all of the required parts of the customer organisation for the project he / she is handling.
• Originate, develop, recommend and introduce improvements to the new product development process wherever possible.
• Keep the relevant stakeholders, e.g. Customer, Integral Project Manager (IPM), Product Development MT, fully informed by appropriate means of all relevant aspects of the developments under progress.
• Produce financial / technical report / analysis of projects on a regular basis and project review (critical capacity and constraint variables) data on a regular basis.
• Generate, record, provide and distribute all relevant documentation both internal and external as required by the project and standard procedures.
• Supports the IPM with the Quotation and project intake in the initiation phase of the project.

Education

• BSc or MSc in an engineering discipline

Requirements

• 4-5 years work experience in project management or equivalent, at least 1 year in an international multiple project environment;
• Proven ability in managing several projects simultaneously and knowledge in project planning;
• o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong in team leadership, planning and organizing activities o Results oriented with strong conceptualization skills.
