Customer Service Specialist
Challenges you to: correctly process the daily order flow, manage stock, invoice and prepare reports. At the same time you check the warehouse management system for irregularities and you take care of the complaints. In summary, you use your insight into logistics processes when it comes to:
- The supervision of the shipments. Both international and national.
- Differences. You register them and convert them into a report for your manager.
- Compliance with all agreements made. Think of agreements about the procedures in which you take into account quality, efficiency, costs, goods properties, charges and numbers.
- Contacts with all internal and external clients. You ultimately provide the optimal service.
- The good cooperation with the other departments.
- All prices in the warehouse management system. You ensure that the most recent prices and debtor data are included.

Alloga has a very extensive specialist network in more than 20 countries and focuses entirely on the total logistics services of the healthcare sector. - About 2 years of work experience, gained at an international organization where you had to deal with similar customer service activities.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Know-how of MS Office, warehouse management systems and order entry systems. Do you supplement this with knowledge of Manhattan ILS and AX Dynamics? Then you definitely have an edge.
- A customer-is-king mentality. You are truly customer-oriented and work equally hard for every customer.
