We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer/Architect for our high-performance cloud infrastructure client, which powers real-time web and mobile applications. This position is part of our Global Network team, responsible for providing operational support for both public and private cloud implementations.
We are looking for an expert in Network Engineering and Operations who is technically proficient and capable of leading both people and projects.
Challenges are:
- Design, Implement and Provide Operational Support for Private Cloud Networks and Data Centers
- Capacity Planning and BGP Traffic Engineering of Network Resources
- Define Standard Network/Security Operating Process & Procedures
- Participate in the Network Operations On-call Rotation (EU business hours) and other Duties as Assigned

- 10+ years Network Engineering and Operations
- 10+ years of Implementation and Support of WAN services and Data Center Networks
- Knowledge of industry trends and impacts on network design, architecture, planning and implementation
- Hands-on experience with major networking vendors: Arista, Juniper MX and SRX, Cisco, Citrix Netscaler and F5 VPN appliances
- Service Provider and/or Cloud Provider Experience Preferred
- Expert with BGP and traffic engineering policy on Juniper
- Experience with Firewalls, Load Balancers, and VPN appliances
- Experience with MLAG, VARP, RSTP, and other data center networking technologies
- Experience working in Linux or Unix operating systems
- Experience with network monitoring tools and network management protocols (OpenNMS, Graylog, CloudVision, InfluxDB, Grafana, SNMP, syslog)
- Service Provider and/or Cloud Provider Experience Preferred
- Experience with any of the following is a plus: automation/scripting languages; server and network virtualization technologies; open source software
