We are looking for an experienced project manager for engineering, NPI and R&D projects within the high-tech/ machine building industry.
As Project/ Program Manager you are responsible for leading large and small projects for one or multiple customers. The projects are focused on the development, new product introduction and production of high purity gas and flow systems. Your focus will be leading engineering project teams in solving technical challenges by creating technical concepts, developing, integrating and testing solutions and bringing them into production. You make sure that these projects are managed within the constraints of planning, budget and desired quality. Besides this, you make sure to optimize communication flows between different internal stakeholders, such as sales, logistics and production departments.
Our client is a leading player in the field of transport, management and distribution systems for high-purity gases and liquids, with a strong position in the European high-tech industry. We specialize in development, engineering, construction, qualification and implementation of installations, modules and machine parts for the transport and control of ultra-pure gases and liquids. We serve the semiconductor, aerospace, chemical & pharmaceutical, materials (solar, optics, LEDs, etc.), food and oil & gas markets and have become the preferred supplier to high-tech OEMs.

- Attractive salary between €5000 and €6500 gross per month;
- 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days per year;
- A temporary or permanent contract with YER;
- The opportunity to join our client after one year;
- Travel cost reimbursement;

- Every hour of overtime is compensated;

- A technical bachelor or master degree in a technical discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or similar;
- Relevant experience as technical professional within the machine building industry;
- We are looking for project managers as well as program managers on several levels of experience/ seniority;
- Proven project management skills (and being certified is a preference);
- You are a driven team player with strong relationship skills, strong communication skills, take ownership and initiative and are able to keep a good overview between projects;
- Good communication skills and proficient in English and (highly preferably) Dutch.
