You will have the following tasks and responsibilities
- As a Project Manager Engineering, you are part of one of our inspiring project teams that realize our yachts. You report directly to the Project Director.
- Ensure timely delivery of Engineering documentation in the correct quality, according to construction specifications, contractual conditions, and applicable standards by assigning work packages to Engineering Coordinators and third parties.
- Maximize efficiency and profitability by continuously coordinating internal and external multidisciplinary expertise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Engineering-related matters, establishing and nurturing working relationships with the owner and relevant third parties.
- Address issues and problems, and engage in discussions regarding scope, quality, and delivery performance at the project level with third parties and the project team.
- Provide monthly project status reports to the manager, monitoring work execution to ensure timely goal achievement.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and leverage potential synergies based on expertise and mutual respect, in alignment with HR policies and company values.
- Proactively foster the knowledge, competence, and career development of the Engineering Team, emphasizing continuous improvement of products and processes.

- University or Bachelor degree with relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the maritime industry and/or yacht construction.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Competencies such as helicopter view, anticipation, delegation, conflict management, and experience.
- The ability to oversee the bigger picture and have a comprehensive understanding of the entire process.
- A proud and driven team player who is eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably AutoCAD and Rhinoceros.
- A good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
