Our specializations
Our consultants place candidates with qualifications ranging from secondary vocational education plus (MBO+) to university degrees. We recruit for all technical positions in the industry, from interior/exterior engineers, project leaders and mechanical/electrical team leads, to system and design engineers.
If you pursue a career in the yacht building industry through YER, we will offer you temporary contracts. You will be assigned a client project on a short or longer-term basis. At the end of the project, you will start working on another project for the same client or switch to a new client.
Alternatively, we may offer you a temp-to-perm contract. We will place you with one of our clients and at the end of your contract with us you will have the option of permanent employment with the client.
