Joining forces for an international job market
YER, which currently has a workforce of almost 4,000 employees with activities across the Netherlands, Belgium and the USA, will gain large-scale access to the German market through this acquisition, in line with its strategic vision for international expansion of its data-driven talent platform. Earlier in 2024, the company had already invested in another German partner: personnel service provider Staffxperts, with a strong focus on the energy sector. The new partnership with AVANTGARDE Experts will grow YER’s presence in the German market to almost 1,500 seconded professionals, as well as enabling further growth into the European market while reinforcing the company’s market position as a forward-thinking platform innovator.
